[Rdo-list] packstack installation failure with missing packages

When removing the trunk.rdoproject repo I don't have mitka package at all.
Adding the repo from
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-mitaka/ I get the
same errors I had before:

Requires: centos-release-qemu-ev and Requires: centos-release-ceph
