After setting enable_tempest = false in undercloud.conf and retrying, I could finish an undercloud install. However, an overcloud install fails with:

ERROR: The Parameter (RabbitPassword) was not provided.

It looks like https://github.com/openstack/python-tripleoclient/commit/309eef1005885ba8d90a2d3f7afea572ec57fc82 is missing from the current build (I'm getting python-tripleoclient-1.0.0-1.el7 from rdo-mitaka-testing).
