[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] is there a stable version?

hi

2 points
a) in yesterday's run of instack-virt-setup - it complained about needing
epel repo, i installed it manually
b) using a minimal centos install does not install yumdb. yum is currently
in use as i am redoing instack-virt-setup. maybe later i can install it.
