[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] stable repo v2

hi

i asked this question a while back.

how do i get to install rdo-manager using only the stable package repo?
my understanding is that delorean is a CI dev repo. if i follow the
documentation at http://docs.openstack.org/developer/tripleo-docs/ what do
i need to change to _only_ use the stable packages repo?
