[Rdo-list] openstack-puppet-modules master-patches branch update

Hi, I'm interested in seeing this patch from the master branch of
openstack-puppet-modules:
https://github.com/redhat-openstack/openstack-puppet-modules/commit/447059ae0ca4a69ab9171969a1f30962e886b1a9
make it into the master-patches branch so that we can get an updated build in
delorean.

This is needed to make upstream TripleO work with opm from delorean. Right now,
we have to install the puppet modules from source.

The specific puppet patch we need is:

Does anyone know the process to make this happen?
