Apart from this method, there is a set of work-in-progress patches to add 
proper Sahara and Trove support:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tripleo/+spec/sahara-integration

In the Sahara case, it should be possible to also manually deploy the service, 
at least on one of the controllers; of course it disappear if you recreate 
your overcloud. Last time I checked, few months ago, rdo-manager did not set 
the firewall so the manual deployment was working.
