You can grab the update from the testing repo
http://cbs.centos.org/repos/cloud7-openstack-kilo-testing/x86_64/os/Packages/python-django-openstack-auth-1.2.0-6.el7.noarch.rpm

Testing repo also has 2015.1.2 updates, they all should be signed and
pushed in a batch update tomorrow.
