[Rdo-list] HA with network isolation on virt howto

Hi,
IIUC, this can work with tagged vlan used for the internalapi.
The relevant yaml file snippet (nic1 is where the provision and the internalapi are for example):

The InternalApiNetworkVlanID (if different than 20, which is the defaut) has to be set respectively.
