[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] puppet error on undercloud install

hello

i am attempting to install liberty on physical machines and i get this
error on openstack undercloud install. i have looked at the file in
question and the line is for allowed hosts. which is a repeat of an
earlier line. not sure why the install is burping out this error.
pointers/hints would be nice.
