We are talking about two different documentations. The focus of this
thread is the OpenStack installation guide provided on
docs.openstack.org. It is currently available on
http://docs.openstack.org/draft/install-guide-rdo/.

Bugs for this guide can be filed here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/.

The sources of this guide is availabe in the openstack-manuals
repository (http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/openstack-manuals/).
