[Rdo-list] Missing ironic-discoverd-ramdisk

Hi Robin,

There shouldn't be a ironic-discoverd-ramdisk image anymore. I recommend that you follow the flow described in the Liberty docs:
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack-m/rdo-manager-docs/liberty/
