[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] baremetal, undercloud and instackenv.json

The instackenv.json file should only include the overcloud computers. That file includes the nodes that will be used to deploy the overcloud into. Those nodes will be wiped out and provided with a image disk that is stored in the undercloud computer.

So no, you don’t want the undercloud computer included there.
