[Rdo-list] Overcloud deploy stuck for a long time

So gave it a few more hours, on heat resource nothing is failed only
create_complete and some init_complete.

Any ideas on how to resolve a stuck spawning compute node, it's stuck
hasn't changed for a few hours now.
