[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] rabbitmq bug fixed? documentation update request

Thanks Mohammed for your insight. Another documentation issue relates to the images being built using Kilo rather than liberty, if the following is not added (Thanks John):

I think this may be a documentation issue. I have been using

`export DIB_YUM_REPO_CONF="/etc/yum.repos.d/delorean.repo
/etc/yum.repos.d/delorean-current.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/delorean-deps.repo"`

If we want RDO Manager to be successful, we need to ensure that the documentation is up-to date. There is nothing more frustrating than following the steps on the documentation and not getting a successful built.
