[Rdo-list] Trying to install the RDO

So it seems like the IPMI IP for node ff09865c-c909-4cb4-b24c-f7d9372b5f05 is wrong:
110.254.103.25

I assume, you meant "10" in the first octet.

run "ironic node-delete ff09865c-c909-4cb4-b24c-f7d9372b5f05"

Fix the entry in the instackenv.json file and then run again the import command.
