[Rdo-list] RDO liberty - failing to install undercloud on RHEL

Hi All,

I was trying to install RDO on RHEL 7.1  and it failed on undercloud installation part.

This guide was used: https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack-m/rdo-manager-docs/liberty/installation/installing.html

Due to the failure 2 bugs were submitted:
