[Rdo-list] [heat][ceilometer] [autoscaling] WordPress demo

Hey there,

I'm trying to make work the autoscaling HOT template that uses wordpress as
example. I'm following this tutorial
<http://myopensourcelife.com/2014/09/13/autoscaling-in-openstack-using-heat-and-ceilometer-part-1/>
but can't make it work as I have some difficulties to set up the
infrastructure needed.

Unfortunately, the tuto doesn't go into such details. So I decided to seek
information here, may be someone of you have done it before. If so, please,
just give the steps to follow in order to make this demo work ( setting up
the infrastructure).
