The issue is fixed as we agreed with Marton and Stef,now it is up to Marton to deploy the update.
Launchpad OpenID authentication may need to be looked at again.Mainly we were focusing on migrating Google Openid accounts to G+.

Development instance you've built is gone, launching browser to

On production ( ask.openstack.org ) :-
1. Launchpad OpenIDs don't work
2. "G+" button dissapeared from production a while ago.
It looks like you don't have any control on situation, been assigned to
handle the Google OpendID 2.0 issue.
