To avoid repeating what was already said by devs and customers , I just post the
the link :-

Development instance you've built is gone, launching browser to
 askbot-dev.openstack.org results launching to production.
On  production ( ask.openstack.org ) :-

1. Launchpad OpenIDs don't work
2. "G+" button dissapeared  from production a while ago.

It looks like you don't have any control on situation, been assigned to
handle the Google OpendID 2.0 issue.
