[Rdo-list] Repository URL

This is a known problem in CentOS 7.1.  They fixed it in their docker
images which come out of CI/CD IIRC.  I thought their cloud images were
coming out of CI/CD so this problem should be fixed and an image available
but I could be mistaken.  Recommend asking the centos list.
