No. Each repo in github has a default branch, which is what gets checked
out if you do a 'git clone'. I changed the default for
https://github.com/redhat-openstack/tempest to be master. I sent the
email because if any one had a script or automation that checked out
this repo and was using the juno branch, this change would impact them.
They now have to explicitly checkout the juno branch.
