[Rdo-list] Upcoming RDO bug triage day [17-MAR-2015]

This month's RDO bug triage day is on 17-MAR-2015. As usual, if you have
some spare cycles, please join in helping triage bugs/root-cause
analysis in your area of expertise. Here's some details to get
started[1] with bug triaging.

Briefly, current state[2] of RDO bugs as of today:

    - NEW, ASSIGNED, ON_DEV : 228
    - MODIFIED, POST, ON_QA : 137

Of course, these two numbers by themselves are not a whole lot
useful. If desirable, it's possible to get more granular detail by
splitting bugs per component with a script[3] to generate a (smaller)
report like this[4], an example for Nova.
