[Rdo-list] Git repo for docs, web content, etc

I'd like to have some of our non-code stuff in Git somewhere. In 
particular, stuff like the RDO/OpenStack cheatsheet bookmark, the 
contents of trunk.rdoproject.org, the various starter presentation 
slides about RDO and OpenStack, and so on.

What's the best place for me to put this, to both make it easier for 
folks to contribute, and also to get it somewhere other than my laptop 
hard drive?
