[Rdo-list] Internet access to openstack instance

I already gone through the link
https://openstack.redhat.com/Neutron_with_existing_external_network

I can login to openstack instance. But the openstack instance doesnot have
internet access. From openstack instanace I can ping to gateway, or any
other computer of college network(internal network). But I'm not able to
ping google.com or 8.8.8.8.
