[Rdo-list] Attempt of fresh AIO install RDO Kilo on F22

I was able to workaround IP_api_nova.pp and IP_neutron.pp failures.
Details in bugzilla record, which was  just forwarded. However, next  IP_horizon failure
is connected with unresolved dependencies. Here  I gave up and got  AIO Kilo install on F22
manageable via Nova && Neutron CLI quite well.

Please file bugzilla against RDO/packstack with versions of puppet

related packages: rpm -qa \*puppet\*
