[Rdo-list] kilo centos versus rdo repos

As an upstream user which set of repos are the recommended target to obtain
rpms for installing an running kilo?

I believe a few months back a message had indicated that the centos repos
would be the preferred target, but monitoring both it seems newer packages
which aren't in the centos repos have made it into the rdo hosted repos.
Which of the two are recommended?
