[Rdo-list] Should openstack-packstack be in Delorean repos?

Hi Yaniv,

I can find the package in the Delorean repos, (http://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7/current/openstack-packstack-2015.1-dev1594.ga6e1aef.el7.centos.noarch.rpm). 

In some cases, I have had to install the yum-plugin-priorities rpm to make sure the Delorean packages have priority over the kilo ones. Can you check if this works for you?
