So the idea was to have it on IRC in parallel for keeping notes with
meetbot but that didn't work well.

After quick post-mortem on #rdo I propose we keep weekly meetings IRC only.
BJ meeting will stay open for high-bandwidth meeting when needed to
discuss important/urgent issues.
