[Rdo-list] Failure to resume instance on RDO Juno TwoNode F21 Cluster

Attempting to resume instance via dashboard on Controller&&Network Node
(ML2&OVS&VXLAN setup) I get Server code 1006 on VNC console.

On Compute Node :-

Workaround :- Hard reboot
Bug has been reproduced  twice ( two different installations )
