[Rdo-list] Error: Could not find command 'systemctl'

Hi,

I am getting the below error while install icehouse on RHEL6. its looking for systemctl which is not available.

Applying Puppet manifests                         [ ERROR ]

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 172.16.254.2_horizon.pp
Error: Could not find command 'systemctl'
