[Rdo-list] Install rdo on rack system Hardware and GPU

The use case is to set up a private cloud for a school research
project, I want to setup it up manually because I want to learn it by
practice. A rack system can be similar to Dell Red Hat Cloud Pilot
Bundle with Ceph Storage hardware. Also I need GPUs for compute nodes
for running CUDA, 3D and OpenGL applications. I have limited the
budget and I'd like to know the price for a single cabinet rack
system, hopefully it can be extended when I've got more budget.

It may be possible to buy Dell pilot bundle hardware if the price is
moderate, I've asked Dell price for more than a month, I've never
received the price information.

Anyway, has anyone known what kind of budget for buying a single
cabinet rack hardware? Sorry for the off topic.
