[Rdo-list] Problem with Cinder (Juno) and Ceph

Hi,

I hope I'm not too late to answer your question. I encountered the same 
issue with yours last week and I found out that you need to comment out 
enabled_backends=lvm in cinder.conf and restart cinder. HTH
