[Rdo-list] OpenStack unified client inclusion in RDO

How about including the openstack unified client in the default RDO Quick Start configuration ? It is a more consistent set of options for the end user and often supports later API versions.

It would involve including the python-openstack client RPM but I think that would be all. Since it is client only, the risk is low as the existing clients would continue to work.

At CERN, we're moving to the unified client as it supports the latest set of federation, Kerberos and X.509 plug ins which are useful in multi-cloud environments. There are a few functional gaps but these are rapidly being closed.
