I've noticed a chat message on the agenda etherpad:
gbraad: Might be handy to announce the schedule time also on the RDO website

Link "contribute event information" on
https://www.rdoproject.org/events/ leads to
https://github.com/OSAS/rh-events/wiki/Adding-and-modifying-events
where it says "add events where there is a Red Hat speaker" - does our
meeting fit this definition  and where are events added, in our
website or rh-events repo??
