I have been able to deploy an HA overcloud using the undercloud.qcow2 image.

That image includes two upstream fixes for ceilometer-alarm being
changed to ceilometer-aodh:

I will try to write a small script that will make these changes so they
could be used outside of the undercloud.qcow2 for test day as well.

Instructions for for how to consume the undercloud.qcow2 will be added
later this evening.
