[Rdo-list] Instack-virt-setup needs epel?

Hi Mike,
Looks like only pip is needed from epel, I've installed on a minimal centos
.
[root at localhost ~]# yum list installed | grep @epel
python-pip.noarch 7.1.0-1.el7
@epel
