Note that RDO does not ship patches that are not included in upstream
releases, unless they fix some platform specific, or critical (f.e.
CVE) bugs.

Ideally, you would fix it in upstream and then get the fix via next
package rebase.

But if you want to modify RDO packages, then you can always fetch the
needed dist-git repo from Fedora, modify the spec to include the
needed patch, and build your own packages with your tool of choice
(like fedpkg mockbuild).
