[Rdo-list] rdo-manager - stable packages?

1. is this documentation describing how to use the stable packages? ->

2. the error is below. pls note that i am only providing the error because
i was asked repeatedly. the error is at this moment a very low priority for
me.
i want to know if there is a stable repo vs a testing repo (CI?) whether
the documentation is pointing to the stable repo. and most importantly, is
it stable enough to set up a POC? and if the POC succeeds will it be stable
enough to go to production with?
