Yes.

In addition:

1)I don't see any problem now regarding the 'permission denied error'.

2) openstack-nova-novncproxy service is running.
     For some reason I can't see the console of an instance with Firefox 
but I can with Chrome.

3) neutron-lbaas-agent still fails to start.
