[Rdo-list] rdo-manager - instack-install-undercloud fail

just an update
now that i have added
127.0.0.1 shortname.F.Q.D.N shortname
to /etc/hosts .. i am now passing this point
so .. it looks like the documentation needs to be updated
who can take care of that pls?
