[Rdo-list] rdo-manager - instack-install-undercloud fail

hi

just did a reinstall and it failed. rabbitmq again.

i am attaching the screen grabs. if someone wants the logs, i can send
them. but i expect to get rid of the instack vm later this afternoon if i
cannot get instack to run after fiddling with rabbitmq.

logs again, pls specify which logs and the location you need

my hosts file which worked yesterday
