[Rdo-list] rdo-manager - verify services are running on each node

hi

so, once rdo manager setup is complete, how does one verify it is complete
and correct. that is what services should be running on each server?
instack and baremetal 0 and 1 (and ceph) . instantiating an instance would
not be the optimal method :)

openstack-status is not a good tool for this of course as it doesnt support
ironic nor tuskar (unless it will be updated in some future version)
