Bernd, do you work with
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-kilo/epel-7/?
Then you are still using the old packages (2014.2).

Milestone 3 packages for 2015.1 are available at
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-trunk/epel-7/kilo-3/.

I do not know if we already have usable RC1 packages, I have not yet
found them.
