Yeah, I expect KB will document kickstart and the build process somewhere.
In the meantime I've inspected
CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-20140826_02.qcow2 and it contains
unpatched NetworkManager-0.9.9.1-13.git20140326.4dba720.el7
