[Rdo-list] EPEL orphaned packages

I just ran across this post by kbsingh and figured RDO folks might
find it relevant:

The tl;dr is that it looks a number of packages in EPEL are going to
disappear in the near future unless they acquire new maintainers.
This includes a number of things relied on by the RDO packages (like
"python-boto", and "pytz", for example).
