The new neutronclient is needed for http://pad.lv/1280941 apparently.

For now please install manually like:
  rpm -Uvh http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/python-neutronclient/2.3.4/1.fc20/noarch/python-neutronclient-2.3.4-1.fc20.noarch.rpm

I've submitted the update now:
  https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/python-neutronclient-2.3.4-1.fc20
Please provide feedback on that to expediate the propagation.
