[Rdo-list] Cinder volume deleting issue

you can reset the volume status to what you like by running cinder
reset-state --state <state>
However, if you are sure that the volume is not attached to an instance,
can you please tell me what you did so that the volume is reported as
attached and yet it's not?
can you please attach the nova logs? maybe we can see it there?
