I'm trying to get caught up on the backlog of unanswered questions on 
ask.openstack.org, and could use some help on a few of these, if anyone 
has some time to help out.

There's more, if you have more time, but these are the oldest, and it 
would be nice to get some of them resolved, and with sufficient detail 
that people with related questions might be able to work things out on 
their own from the answers.
