I've updated the RDO wiki[1] with the latest instructions to install with rabbitmq messaging using packstack. Right now it uses packstack from source. Once the rabbitmq bits land in the RDO repo I'll update the instructions to reflect it. [1] http://openstack.redhat.com/RabbitMQ
