Karanbir I've heard that packstack/puppet/templates/mysql_install.pp
needs change from 'Centos' to 'CentOS'.
Without having looked it would seem we should be keying on
$::osfamily == 'redhat' here rather than a specific $::operatingsystem

Anyway it's being fixed up as we speak.
